Rule 102 sec. 3. This is new in so far as giving the Superintendent power of suspension is concerned.
Rules 107-184. The title Medical Officer has been substituted for that of Surgeon. These rules are practically existing rules 118-138 rearranged and amplified. The only material additions are as follows:- Rule 111 sec. 2 this is in accordance with the existing practice.
